Introducing Germantown Station

We recently launched our newest listing: Germantown Station. This Core Development Services community is located 4th Ave N & Van Buren Street in Historic Germantown. It is just down from Germantown Cafe and City House.

All of these are cutting edge energy efficient ideas. The radiant barrier roofing will help a lot in the hot Tennessee summers.

That is correct! It is West End Station which is an identical community in Sylvan Park. Germantown Station was not even under construction yet when the original blog was posted a year ago. However now we have four homes completed and owner occupied! More are on the way!
